We recently hired The Dead Pest Society (DPS) to assist us in dealing with birds in our bathroom exhaust vents. These vents exited through the eaves of our house on the 2nd floor and were very difficult to reach and clean. Not only did they show up two full days earlier than promised, but the products installed to prevent future recurrences appear to be high quality. This has been a crazy situation that we won’t elaborate on here, but Donna and team have been more than accommodating and accessible at each step. Based on our experience, we truly appreciate the great services received and highly recommend The Dead Pest Society.

They service my workplace and their rate was cheaper than the previous company we used, and the technician who always comes out is very friendly and always has a smile on her face. Donna Parrish is the owner of this company. They actually loaned us a trap to trap some squirrels that were in my attic. They were very forthright, friendly and knowledgeable. They had a very good rating in Angies List and we also got a kick out of their name which made us ask for an estimate

We just moved to the area so wanted to arrange for regular pest control, as well as have a wasp problem taken care of. We did have to wait a few days for the appointment, which wasn’t a big deal since the wasps were in the attic and not in the living areas of our home. I also thought it was nice that I got a call from the office on the original day of our appointment, seeing if we wanted to change our appointment day since rain was forecasted for that day. The technician was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She took care of the wasp issue and treated for regular pests. We signed up for an annual contract.
